Hi, I'm Rosalyn, but everyone calls me Roz. I'm a native to South
Louisiana, and yes, I did grow up in a swamp ... and there were
alligators. I've been working in photography for over 16 years. It's
been a life long fascination starting with a darkroom in my bedroom
closet as a teenager through getting a B.F.A in photography from
Louisiana Tech University and finally to my present career in lifestyle photography.
To me, being a good photographer takes a combination of art, math, physics, electrical engineering and
sometimes, even a tiny bit of luck can play in. Every day is challenging --
that makes it endlessly exiting to get up and do my job.
